A 1 Minute Homemade Salsa Recipe with Pantry Ingredients |

Homemade Salsa

  • Author: Stephanie Wilson

An easy, 1 Minute Homemade Salsa recipe, using pantry ingredients you may already have on hand.

  • (15-oz) can fire roasted diced tomatoes, slightly drained
  • (4-oz) can fire roasted green chili pepper (substitute fire roasted jalapenos for added heat)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro (or a handful of fresh cilantro, chopped — which is superb)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional or as a substitute for cilantro)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse a few times until you achieve desired consistency. Be careful not to overprocess as you want to retain its chunkiness.
