With a week leading up to Memorial Day weekend, we’re fixing 10 minute weeknight dinners, all week long. They are healthy and lightning quick!
I am so looking forward to this week’s dinner meal plan. Can you imagine making dinner, every night, in 10 minutes?
It hardly seems possible!

And you know what? these dinner ideas are so easy, getting help making dinner, or even passing the job to someone else, should be a breeze!

Keeping it easy with these 10 Minute Weeknight Dinners. Plus, they're healthy too!
Monday: 10-Minute Quesadillas Recipe
"These quesadillas are packed with veggies and some beans for protein. I make them with whole-grain tortillas for some nutritional bonus points and add enough cheese to make sure they’re both enticing and delicious."
Tuesday: 10-Minute Beef Teriyaki Skillet
"A super delicious beef teriyaki recipe that takes only 10 minutes to make. It couldn't be easier to get tasty weeknight meals on the table!" Serve with steamed veggies like broccoli or sauteed spinach or kale.
Wednesday: Chicken, Corn and Kimchi Ramen

Instant Pot Taco Mac and Cheese
This Instant Pot Chili Mac and Cheese is an easy pasta dish and family favorite dinner. A blend of lean ground beef, macaroni, chili beans, tomatoes, and spices. And, of course, melting cheddar cheese. An easy dinner to table meal in 10 to 15 minutes, give or take a few.
