Home baked fries, as delicious as our favorite burger place, but a WHOLE lot healthier.
2-3 large baking potatoes (scrubbed… and I leave the skins on)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut potatoes into wedges and put in a bowl. Combine the oil and spices and drizzle over the potatoes until coated evenly.
Spread potatoes evenly onto baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
