Weekly Dinner Meal Plan: May 20 – 24, 2019

As we gear up for Memorial Day next Monday, we have all things sunshine and summer on the brain: pool parties, picnics, sunglasses, and weekends by the sea. We’re celebrating with a week of grilling, fresh, seasonal produce and delicious classics.

Hitting the grill (or indoor grill) for a speedy 20-minute shrimp recipe. Combining the coconut lime marinade, zucchini and mint makes this dinner restaurant quality but simple, simple, simple!
