Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add cooked chicken and saute until warm.
To the skillet, add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder. Bring to a boil.
Stir in uncooked instant brown rice and broccoli; cover. Cook on low for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and fluff with a fork.
