Mother’s Day is a special day to treat Mom with all of her favorite things. While we can buy her special gifts (and that’s a good thing, too), there is something extra special about making a few of her favorite dishes.

When Mother’s Day comes around, I’m already thinking of ways to let my mom know how special she is. She invests her life in our family, providing a beautiful role model for what a strong, capable, kind, nurturing person looks and acts like.

I’m receiving many requests for recipe ideas, so here are some of my mom’s favorites, my favorites, and most importantly, reader-favorite recipes for brunch, breakfast, spring, and springtime treats.

All of them are delicious and perfect for treating mom. I’d love to hear what you make over the weekend!
