9” unbaked store-bought pie shell
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients. Slowly add wet ingredients; eggs, vanilla, butter and corn syrup. Incorporate chocolate chips and pecans and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until filling is set.
Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
