Here’s What to Cook: Back to Routine Early Fall Dinners
Back to Routine Early Fall Dinners: Getting back in the groove this week with a fall routine and easy, simple weeknight dinners.
The yellow buses are running and the leaves are gathering at tree bases. And stadiums are lighting up the Friday night sky with high school football.
Fall is back… and I’m loving settling into a new yet familiar routine.
This week’s early fall dinners are favorites that reflect both late summer and early fall. We’re extending the weekend into Monday with a delicious Black Bean burger. The rest of the week features a takeout chicken ramen favorite, roasted salmon, a hearty minestrone soup, and a Friday pizza standby.
Extending the weekend into Mondays just seem right! Keeping it healthy with this Black Bean Burger. "Get ready for the best veggie burger ever – a Black Bean Veggie Burger loaded with quinoa, black beans, zucchini, onions and a few secret ingredients like pulverized tortilla chips and tons of spices! I can promise you that it won’t disappoint!"
"Much like the famous Nordstrom Royale Cookies, these Royal Coconut Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Cookies are sweetly chocolaty with a tropical vibe that tastes a bit like paradise. And are… amazingly delicious."
