Weekly Dinner Meal Plan: June 3 – 7, 2019
Simple and easy Mediterranean weeknight bowl dinners with delicious Greek flavors, healthy vegetables and protein. Perfect for the first week of June.
Looking toward a week of (hopefully) warmer temperatures, sunshine, fresh, healthy food and easy prep dinners.
Most of these weeknight dinner ideas are Mediterranean in scope, many with delicious Greek flavors, and all bowl foods. Easy, simple bowl dinners for the first week of June.
I don’t know about you, but for me, the first few weeks of June are incredibly busy with end of school activities, graduations, weddings, summer planning, and more time spent outside. Plus, I’m always craving fresh fruits and veggies.
So — bowl food seems to fit the bill. (Especially the treat).
It’s what’s for dinner this week!
