This Triple Berry Smoothie is a bright, fresh, and invigorating breakfast or post-workout treat.
1 cup plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup each of blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Splash of apple juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or ground ginger
Optional: a drizzle of honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender and add up to six ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.
