Slow Cooker Ribs So Tender They Fall Off the Bone | 31Daily.com

These ribs are so tender, literally, they fall off the bone. We’re busy during the day so I’m popping these into the slow cooker in the morning and finishing them on the grill when it’s time for BBQ. Along with ribs, serve a favorite potato salad, grilled corn on the cob, a summer salad, and cornbread. For dessert, yogurt mousse, and brownies. Easy Foil Wrapped Salmon in Lime Garlic Butter Sauce | 31Daily.com

Easy to grill or bake in the oven. Serve with roasted potatoes, and asparagus. For the potatoes, I make a foil packet, spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray, then layer the potatoes on the foil, top with salt, pepper, a dash of thyme and a drizzle of olive oil. Close the packet tightly and grill or oven bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until soft. The time depends on how thick your slices of potato are.
