Weekly Dinner Meal Plan: October 8 – 12

A 5 night, Weekly Dinner Meal Plan that’s easy, seasonal, and healthy. Plus, a weekly treat you won’t want to miss.

It’s been a stormy few days — and I know it’s only the beginning. As I write out our menu for the coming week, I’m hungry for all the flavors of fall.

The evenings are growing chilly, and dark. It’s time to warm up in the kitchen with some cozy options. LIke chili, and squash, and soup… and, of course, pumpkin!

It’s my favorite time of the year. (Well, except for Christmas… and winter)!

I’m craving pumpkin these days. It must be the beta-carotene (wink, wink).
