Here’s What to Cook (Nov 18-22): Weight Loss Dinners
It’s a fall weight loss dinners week of easy, quick, and healthy dinners everyone will love. From soup to lemongrass pork, roasted salmon and turkey chili, these dinners will keep you full and satisfied. It’s going to be a delicious and weight loss friendly week!
We’re nearing Thanksgiving. And I’m baking for the holidays. As well as anticipating the feast to come.
Little nibbles here and there add up. And I want to fully enjoy and participate in those dinners and sweets.
So… it’s a weight loss dinners week I think you’ll enjoy as much as I do. In fact, I’m not sure we’ll even realize that they are “diet” type dinners.
Most of these Weight Loss Dinners are from Eating Well and are 450 calories or less.
No sacrificing here!
Oh — Monday’s dinner, Cream of Turkey and Wild Rice Soup, calls for cooked turkey. I’m serving a rotisserie chicken on Sunday, so I’ll set aside some leftover chicken and swap it for the turkey.
