It’s fall family favorites week of easy, quick, and healthy dinners everyone will love. From takeout favorites to easy slow cooker, lasagna, pizza, chili and even nachos. It’s going to be a delicious week!
If you read our weeknight dinner meal plans we post Saturday mornings, you know I like to come up with a weekly theme. For no other reason than — it’s kind of fun!
My view of healthy weeknight meals is a whole food, balanced approach to meal planning that brings texture, color, and variety to our diet. But it also takes into account foods that are family-friendly, budget-conscious, and generally liked by most.
That being said, as I was charting this week’s dinners, it became apparent they were all family favorites. Which is somehow appropriate for Halloween week.
