One-Pot Fall Dinners: Simple dinners this week and easy cleanup. With time leftover to enjoy fall activities, or do homework, catch up at work, knit, read, exercise, spend time with the family… dream… get to bed early… Happy sigh. Easy cleanup, easy dinners!

I don’t know about you but easy cleanup dinners are calling my name. It’s a busy week already… and then Brent, our son, has scheduled two hangout parties at our house.

Easy cleanup… I mentioned that, right? (Smile).

I have a feeling I’ll be baking treats all week, so dinner needs to be simple. And the treat for this week? Dark Chocolate Pecan Espresso Brownies. I’m hiding those.
