These nourishing, easy, pantry-friendly spring sheet pan dinners, with seasonal ingredients, will be perfect weeknight dinners this week.
Sheet-pan dinners are weeknight staples for many of us. They’re simple, one-pan, easy cleanup dinners that just seem right, no matter how busy (or lazy) we might be that night.
Simply put, sheet pan dinners require very little.
Ingredient wise, it’s simply a combination of protein, vegetables, and a starch. And the only equipment needed is a sheet pan, which most of us have, and a hot oven.
Minutes later, we have a hot and healthy dinner on the table.
While I love sheet pan dinners all year long, spring brings new flavors and lighter ingredients to the pan. In fact, this week, we’re making a sheet pan salad, inspired by our favorite taco salads.
As we work through pantry dinners, sheet pan dinners seem appropriate and even welcome as we continue to hunker down and look for healthy, nourishing, pantry-friendly meals.
