Description

An easy yet delicious snack or party appetizer with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 lb unsalted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread cashews in a single layer on a sheet pan and toast about 5 minutes. Or toast in a dry skillet for the same amount of time.

Notes

I love to keep these in a mason jar in the refrigerator for a quick and delicious snack.
