maple syrup
or honey

Instructions
Combine the oats, water, honey, vanilla, and salt in a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.
Using a fine-mesh strainer, pour the milk into a bowl and discard any remaining liquid or oat pulp. For the creamiest texture, strain one more time.
Taste and adjust the maple syrup (or honey) if necessary. Store in a lidded container in the refrigerator. It's delicious when chilled overnight.
