raisins

dates
chopped

apple juice

apples,
peeled or unpeeled and chopped
1/2
cup
walnuts,
chopped
3/4
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1-2
tablespoons
honey
or granulated sugar

Instructions
In a small bowl, soak raisins and dates in the juice for several hours or overnight.
Add the ingredients to a bowl and stir. Let sit at room temperature about 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
Or presoak the raisins and dates in the apple juice until plumped, then combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and serve.
Makes about 3 cups. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
