These Strawberry Overnight Oats are an easy, healthy, protein-packed breakfast with 5 minutes of prep and 4 basic ingredients. Naturally bright and sweet, tastes like summer, is hearty, and utterly delicious.
In a bowl combine yogurt, milk, honey, and chia seeds (or flax seeds) if using. Stir in oats. Spoon mixture into a lidded container or jar with a tight-fitting lid and cover.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Optionally for serving, top with additional slices of fresh strawberries.
