Remove the packaging and discard the plastic disk from the bottom of the ham. Add 1/2 cup water into the bottom of a shallow roasting pan, and place the ham cut side down.
Combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter and the honey; coat the outside of the ham. I like to use a basting brush.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes per pound until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F.
For the Glaze
Just before the ham finishes baking, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter, brown sugar, onion powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a small bowl.
Once the ham reaches 135°F, remove it from the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and brush the ham generously with the glaze.
Return to the oven and roast uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until ham reaches 140°F and the glaze is golden brown.
Remove the ham from the oven and rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Spoon juices over the ham before serving if desired.
