Preheat the oven to 400° F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Using a serrated knife, slice the dinner rolls in half. Place the bottom half of the dinner rolls onto the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the marinara sauce and spread over the rolls. Then top with shredded cheese and then slices of the salami (or whichever meat you choose). Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Carefully place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
Melt the butter and mix with the remaining parmesan, Italian Seasoning garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Spread the butter over the top of the rolls. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until the tops of the rolls are golden and the cheese has melted; about 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining melted butter. Serve immediately.
