honey
or maple syrup or to taste

ground cinnamon

chia seeds

Instructions
In a bowl whisk together the yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon, and chia seeds if using. Stir in oats and diced peaches.
Divide into 2 containers (I like to use Mason jars), cover, and refrigerate overnight, or until the oats are tender and the mixture is creamy.
For serving: Top with additional peaches if desired or drizzle a bit more honey on top for those who like it a bit sweeter.
