Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is an ever-popular favorite healthy smoothie recipe. Packed with protein for an energizing breakfast or healthy snack. It's easy, it's quick and oh-my, so, so delicious!
Break the banana into large pieces and add to the blender. Then combine Greek yogurt, milk of choice, creamy peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. Add 1 cup of ice cubes, secure the lid, and blend. My blender has a smoothie function but high, ice crush works perfectly.

Bananas:
You can use frozen banana slices, or you can peel a banana, break it into chunks and add it to the blender. Your choice.Frozen bananas will give the smoothie a thicker, creamier consistency. Fresh bananas will result in a more liquidity smoothie.If you want frozen, slice a banana and freeze overnight, or for a few hours. I like to keep frozen banana slices in the freezer for quick and easy snacks.
