This simple Honey Glazed Salmon is a quick and easy healthy weeknight dinner that's smothered in a 4 ingredient glaze and is ready in 30 minutes or less!
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and rice vinegar. Season the glaze with salt and pepper.
Heat the broiler and place the oven rack 4 inches from the heat. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, and lay salmon filets on top. Season with salt and pepper and broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and flip the fillets and broil another 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove salmon from the oven, brush with glaze, and then broil until opaque throughout; about 2 minutes more. Once the salmon flakes easily, it's done.
