This Salted Butterscotch Blondie bars recipe is a buttery, soft, and utterly delicious bar cookie. Super simple to make with a bowl and spoon. They are my favorite blondies. You will love these!
Preheat the oven to 350-degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Set aside.
Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Stir in the brown sugar and let cool. Once cool, whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Once the mixture is combined, fold in the butterscotch and white chocolate chips, reserving a handful to sprinkle on top. Then fold in the nuts.
Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan, and sprinkle with remaining chips and chopped nuts.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are light brown on the top and edges. Loosen with a knife around the edges and cool on a wire rack.
