This steak marinade infuses beef with a delicious blend of herbs, spices, and tanginess. Incredibly flavorful with a bit of heat for good measure. A simple blend to make home-cooked steaks taste like a steakhouse.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dried basil, paprika, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes.
Add the steaks to a baking pan with an air-tight top, or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the steaks and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight.
Cook the Steaks: Turn the skillet to high heat and add the steaks. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until the outside is nicely browned with a crust. Reduce the heat to medium-high and cook to the desired temperature.
Top the steaks with butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
