Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks into two different bowls. With an electric whisk, beat the egg whites for about two minutes on a high speed until foam consistency forms.
Add the banana, baking powder, and two scoops of Vanilla Naked Whey into the bowl with the egg yolks and mix until smooth. Then, in batches, slowly fold in the egg white mixture into the banana mixture until everything is well combined.
Pour a small portion of the mixture into a skillet over low heat and cook for about 60 seconds on each side. The side should be a golden color once it’s ready to be flipped.
