Irish Soda Bread
ST. PATRICK'S DAY
Gather flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, butter, buttermilk & raisins. Mix, pat into a circle, and score.
Bake at 375° for 35 - 40 min.
Serve warm with Irish Butter.
The first recorded recipe of Soda Bread came in November of 1836 from the London Farmer's Magazine.
