5 Minute Christmas Mini Pancake Stacks
These Christmas Mini Pancake Stacks are the quickest, cutest, easiest holiday breakfast or brunch pancake skewers you'll ever make. With ready-made ingredients, fresh fruit, and festive skewers, they are sure to liven up the party for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients
- 16 frozen mini pancakes silver dollar pancakes
- 8 strawberries halved
- 1-2 bananas sliced
- 1/3 cup peanut butter or to taste
- 1/3 Nutella or to taste
Instructions
- Place 1 silver dollar pancake on a flat surface. Top with a small dollop of peanut butter or Nutella if desired. Otherwise, leave plain.
- Top the mini pancake with a thick slice of strawberry. Add another mini pancake and top that with a slice of banana and also of strawberry. Run a skewer through the pancake and transfer to a serving platter.
- If desired, drizzle with warm maple syrup or dust with confectioners sugar if desired.
