cans tuna
drained, like chunk light, solid, or chunk white (albacore)

teaspoons
fresh lemon juice
about 1/2 of a lemon

tablespoons
mayonnaise
Kewpie mayonnaise is delicious, but use what you have on hand.

ounces
bagged salad greens
like butter and romaine lettuces or a spring mix
Ranch dressing
to taste

bunch
radishes
thinly sliced

fresh dill
roughly chopped, or your favorite herb like tarragon or chives

Instructions
Combine the drained tuna, lemon juice, fresh herbs, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Mix, but leave the tuna chunky.
In a large salad bowl, add the salad greens and fresh herbs. Toss with dressing to taste.
