Easter Snack Mix Recipe
Whip up a delightful Easter Snack Mix in minutes. This sweet and salty treat is ideal for snacking and Easter baskets!

Ingredients
- 6 cups Strawberry Vanilla Chex Cereal or your favorite Chex cereal
- 1 cup mini twist pretzels
- 1 cup Bunny Shaped Marshmallows or mini marshmallows
- 2-3 cups Easter M&Ms or any pastel colored candies
- 24 oz White Chocolate for melting
- 10-12 Chocolate Easter Eggs any variety or brand you like
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the cereal, pretzels, marshmallows, and M&Ms. Mix them up a bit to evenly distribute.
- Meanwhile, over a double boiler, or in the microwave, melt the white chocolate according to package instructions.
- Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, drizzle it over the cereal mixture and combine it with a spoon or even your hands. Be sure the cereal mixture is evenly coated with chocolate. Melt a little more white chocolate if needed!
- Spread the mixture onto a large sheet of parchment or wax paper. Tuck in the chocolate Easter eggs and let it harden for a few minutes. Break it into serving size pieces and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Notes
- Storing: The snack mix doesn't need to be refrigerated but will keep longer in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Chocolate Easter Eggs: I've linked the ones I used, but use any variety or shape you like or can find.
