Notes
How Do You Make a Crustless Quiche:
To skip the crust, generously grease the pie plate first. Then add the vegetables and pour the egg mixture over the top. Bake until the eggs are completely set throughout the center.
Can Quiche Be Made Ahead?
Absolutely! There are two ways to make quiche ahead.First, once it's baked, cool the quiche for up to two hours on the counter, and then refrigerate. To reheat, cover the quiche with foil and bake for about at 325°F until just heated through. You can also freeze a quiche. Simply cool completely, then cover tightly with first plastic wrap and then a couple of foil sheets. Freeze for up to 3 months. And lastly, you can freeze the quiche before baking. See our Make Ahead Quiche with Bacon, Cheese and Spinach for instructions on how we do freeze unbaked quiche.
