Easy Greek Turkey Burgers are the ultimate healthy burger upgrade! These juicy and delicious burgers with Tzatziki sauce have incredible bursts of flavor, are easy to make, and utterly transform your turkey burger forever!
Combine the ground turkey, spinach, red onion, feta, dill, oregano, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
Prepare the grill or heat a large nonstick or cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When hot, grill the burgers until cooked through with an internal temperature of at least 165°F. This takes about 5 minutes per side.
Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce.
To serve, add each patty to a bun or lettuce wrap, top with 2 to 3 tablespoons of Tzatziki Sauce along with thinly sliced cucumbers and a slice of tomato.
