Slice blackberries lengthwise and then add to a bowl. Add hot water, honey and lemon juice; stir to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the berries for 30 to 60 minutes. You will need 2/3 cup of liquid from the berries.
Strain 2/3 cup syrup from the berries using a fine-mesh strainer. Reserve the berry solids!
Stir yogurt into the berry solids and berry syrup.
Divide the blackberry mixture among popsicle molds. Insert a stick into each, cover and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight.
Notes
They're best eaten within 3 months, but usually they don't last that long especially during the summer!
