Healthy Oat Blueberry Bread is an easy, nutrient-dense, slightly sweet quick bread made with fresh blueberries, whole wheat flour, and oats. A healthier option for breakfast, snacks, treats, or teatime.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan; set aside.
Whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in buttermilk, oil, vanilla, and eggs until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan to cool completely.
