Preheat the oven to 350℉ and lay out a small baking sheet.
Add the frozen berries, brown sugar, and cornstarch into a mixing bowl. Toss together and then divide evenly between 4 8-ounce size ramekins.
Place flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a bowl. Mix together, and then pour the melted butter over the top. Mix with your hands or a spoon until the mixture becomes crumbly. Top each ramekin with the crisp topping. You may have leftovers which can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for crisps anytime you're in the mood!
Place the ramekins on the small baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the berries are bubbling and the topping is golden. Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
