In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook ground turkey, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil until meat is browned and onion is translucent.
Mix in sun-dried tomatoes, rice, and orzo. Saute for 1-2 minutes to toast the rice and orzo. Then pour in the chicken broth, bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 15 minutes or until the rice and orzo is tender.
Stir in spinach, lemon juice and zest. Continue cooking until spinach is wilted.
Serve topped with feta cheese. For a subtle heat, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.
