Instructions
In a 2-quart pitcher, pour 2 cups of boiling water over peppermint tea bags. Let steep for 4 minutes and discard the tea bags.
Stir the honey and lemon juice into the tea and then 2 cups of cold water and ice to fill the pitcher.
Chill and serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
