(about 6 oz, sliced into thin rounds, about 1 cup)

sliced into thin rounds (about 1 cup)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the whipped butter and curry powder and stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt.
Spread seasoned butter (about 1 tablespoon) onto a bread slice, spreading to. the edges. Repeat with all bread slices.
Alternately, layer overlapping slices of cucumbers and radishes on top of the butter. And then repeat with the remaining slices.
Use a serrated knife to trim the crusts and slice the open-faced sandwich in half diagonally. Transfer to a serving or 3-tier platter.
