Sweetly Spiced Candied Nuts are a perfect combination of savory and sweet. They make fabulous holiday gifts and are always a crowd pleaser. Easy to make with less than 5 minutes of prep and a few minutes in the oven.
2 ½cupsraw unsalted mixed nutsor your favorite nut like cashews and almonds
2/3cupsugar
2teaspoonskosher salt
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonground nutmeg
1/8teaspoonground cloves
1/8teaspoonground allspice
1egg whitelightly beaten

Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 325°F.
Whisk together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice in a large bowl.
Whisk egg white in a bowl until foamy, then add nuts and toss to coat. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the top and toss again to coat.
Arrange nuts in a single layer in the prepared pan. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely on the baking sheet on a wire rack.
