It's trendy, cool, smooth, and incredibly addictive. Whipped coffee. And super easy to make at home. It's my new favorite nighttime treat!

Ingredients

tablespoons
boiling water

tablespoons
sugar

tablespoons
instant coffee powder
or espresso
milk and ice to serve

Instructions
Add the boiling water, sugar, and instant coffee to a bowl.
With a hand whisk, milk frother, or electric mixer, whisk the mixture until very fluffy and light.
Place a few ice cubes in a glass then fill it with milk to about 3/4 full. Spoon the coffee mixture over the cup of milk and stir.
That's it! Yum! Coffee heaven.
