Summer Low Carb Dinners: What to Cook (June 29-July 3)
"Soft flour tortillas, crunchy fresh slaw, topped with succulent chicken and a drizzle of creamy buttermilk dressing. It’s like summer in your mouth."
"You'll love this 20-minute keto Korean beef bowl! See how to make an easy Korean ground beef recipe that's healthy, gluten-free, and full of flavor" served over cauliflower rice.
This crisp, protein-packed dinner comes together in just 15 minutes. Old-fashioned oats replaces breadcrumbs to add whole grains. Serve on a bed of your favorite greens.
"Slow Cooker Low Carb Zuppa Toscana Soup – Skip the trip to your local restaurant and make a batch of this insanely delicious copycat soup! It’s healthy, it’s delicious, and it’s made low carb! Perfect for a low carb and keto-friendly lifestyle!" Add greens to round out the meal.
"You should have most ingredients on hand at home or easily available – no running out to any specialty markets or needing any fancy ingredients! Though these lettuce wraps are restaurant-quality, you'll be surprised by how easily these come together!"
I'm craving pineapple. Maybe because every sip makes me feel like I'm on vacation. Which I'm not -- and won't be this summer. So -- vacation in a glass. Plus -- it's just so perfect for summer!
