What to Eat Thanksgiving Week: (Nov 25-29)
You might be wondering what to eat Thanksgiving week. We’re cooking all week… so this week’s dinners need to be easy, simple, and healthy. See what we’re cooking this week!
With Thanksgiving on Thursday, we only need a couple of extra dinners to fill out the week.
On Thursday and Friday, we’ll be feasting and leftover feasting. Which, just might be my favorite part of the holiday! Turkey cranberry sandwiches… soup… and enchiladas!
As tempted as I am to order takeout on Thanksgiving Eve, the calm before the storm, I’m opting instead for a dish a lot of us love during the holidays. A 4-minute quick dinner with no chopping, baking, or cooking required.
Happy Thanksgiving week!
