I feel like we’ve feasted all week long! And it’s been awesome… but I’m ready for some easy, healthy meals.
With the holidays around the corner, flu and cold season approaching, it’s time to get back on track with healthy eating.
But that doesn’t have to mean boring or flavorless.
With this week’s dinners, we’ll have quesadillas, taco soup, fettuccine alfredo, and even pizza. Healthy versions, of course.
Sounds pretty good to me — and my family. And if you happen to have turkey leftover, substitute it for the chicken in the recipes.
