Perfect for Friday nights, game nights… or when you have leftover rotisserie chicken you need to use.

To be honest, I’m always looking for an excuse for this pizza.

I mentioned it was tailor-made just for you. This is how it works. Much of the flavor comes from the BBQ sauce. So be sure it’s good. Be sure it’s your favorite. I’m particularly fond of our homemade BBQ sauce and almost always have a jar of it in the fridge.

However, store bought works too. Like it spicy, mild, sweet, tangy? It’s all in the sauce.

The only other ingredients in this every-so-easy pizza are shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, and chopped parsley.

I think every dinner should be as deliciously simple as this pizza.
