15 Minute Pizza Bombs: Hot Pocket Pizzas You’ll Love
15 Minute Pizza Bombs are the quick and easy DIY hot pocket pizzas families love.
Perfect for Friday nights, movie or game nights, snacks, or anytime you want a simple, warm and gooey treat.
A fun activity for parties or family gatherings, these pizza bombs can be made to individual tastes.
Kids, of all ages, love them. Plus, they keep well in the freezer for later snacks. To be honest, no matter how many I make, there are rarely leftovers.
Like pizza pockets, these pizza bombs, once refrigerated, can be warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds before eating.
We’ve included some family favorites like sausage, pepper, and cheese, but mix it up by adding the ingredients you love.
My son was a willing participant in this taste test!

Description
15 Minute Pizza Bombs are the quick and easy DIY hot pocket pizzas families love. Perfect for Friday nights, movie or game nights, snacks, or anytime you want a simple, warm and gooey treat.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuits (8–10 biscuits)
1/2 – 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/3 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Roll or stretch out each biscuit as thin as possible. Add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to each biscuit. Top with shredded mozzarella, sausage, and peppers.
Fold each biscuit in half and pinch along the edge to seal. Then bring the corners under and roll into a ball shape. Top each biscuit with a sprinkle of shredded cheese and seasoning if desired. Place each pizza seam side down on the baking sheet.
Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake 14 to 17 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
