Easy Fourth of July Snack Board

- Sweet spreads: Strawberry Yogurt Dip
Meat and Cheeses
- Soft Cheeses: havarti and mozzarella balls
- Hard cheeses: Provolone slices
- Cured meats: like salami, and or thinly sliced deli ham
Savory Accompaniments
- Sweet or Salty Snacks: like blue tortilla chips or yogurt-covered pretzels (like strawberry and vanilla), pita triangles (made from pita bread)
- Savory Dips: like Greek Dill Yogurt Dip
- Nuts: almonds, candied pecans, pistachio nuts or your favorites
Sweet Treats
- Sweet and Salty: like 4th of July Snack Mix
- Cookies: Espresso brownie bites, chocolate M&M cookie bars, or s'mores cookie cups.
- Chocolate: like red, white, and blue M&Ms
Instructions
- It's helpful to make dips ahead, like Strawberry Yogurt Dip, along with cutting out cheese or fruit star shapes, and making a 4th of July Snack Mix in advance.
- Before serving, assemble by placing larger items, including containers, on the board first. Then add items according to color and size, varying the colors and textures across the board. Finally, put the finishes touches on the board and fill in the gaps with small items like nuts and berries.
Notes
- Havariti Cheese Stars: Slice cheese and cut i into stars with a 1-2 inch star-shaped cookie cutter.
