What I Love About Strawberry Yogurt Fruit Dip

  • It’s quick: 2 minutes top!
  • 3 Ingredients
  • A go-to fruit dip recipe perfect for summer barbecues, brunches, or just because it’s snacking time!

Summer snacking should be easy, whether you’re snacking for yourself or serving kids and friends and family outdoors. Much like our Easy Fruit Skewers or 3 Ingredient Frozen Yogurt Bark, this yogurt fruit dip encourages healthier, lighter choices this season.

3 Ingredient Fruit Dip

What are those 3 ingredients needed for a super simple strawberry yogurt dip? Here they are:

  1. Fresh strawberries: Choose brightly colored, fresh, and sweet as possible strawberries.
  2. Greek yogurt: While you can use other yogurt, Greek yogurt has a thicker consistency and works best!
  3. Lemon juice: Fresh squeezed lemon juice is always best, but I will never tell if you use a splash of ready-made you have hiding in your refrigerator. It’s summer, after all!

Depending on how sweet your strawberries are, you may also need a drizzle of honey to sweeten the fruit dip.

How to make this fruit dip recipe

It’s so simple that I can’t even give you the recipe steps. Seriously, in one small sentence, I’ll tell you how to make this strawberry yogurt dip.

Add Greek yogurt to a small bowl. Chop and mash strawberries, then add them to the Greek yogurt. Drizzle in lemon juice, stir, and enjoy!

How long does strawberry yogurt dip last in the fridge?

If you happen to have leftover strawberry fruit dip, tightly wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. If it’s a bit watery when you take it out of the fridge, just give it a quick stir.

What fruits are good with fruit dip?

There are so many delicious fruit options. I love strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and bananas, but honestly, whatever fruit is in season works well. Grapes are always good choices to go with a yogurt fruit dip.

While not fruit, mini pretzels are delicious too for that a bit of sweet and salty snacking.
