Ingredients for Peanut Butter Energy Bites
You will find ingredient measurements in the recipe card at the bottom of this post, but here is a quick list of what you will need. I imagine you already have most of the ingredients in your pantry.
- Oats: I prefer old-fashioned rolled oats, but quick oats will work too.
- Shredded coconut: For a subtle coconut flavor.
- Chocolate Chips: Mini chocolate chips work great because the "bites" are small.
- Peanut Butter: I'm using smooth peanut butter, but chunky peanut butter is also delicious.
- Honey: For natural sweetness.
How to Make These Energy Bites
It doesn't get simpler than this.
